Introduction

To anyone who is reading,

This blog is just for me to get on a healthy lifestyle. I've gained a bit of weight since I graduated High school but I'm planning to lose it all. I'm giving myself a good year to get back to 115 lbs. It's not impossible, it's going to be hard, but I'm going to do it.

I'll be posting about what exercises I did for the day, hopefully I've done something everyday. I'll post about how I felt and maybe even some days where I feel down, like nothing is working, or maybe a family member just wasn't being nice about how I look, I'll post it.

It's for me to express how I feel about my oh-so changing body.
